2BQ’d Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Apple Slaw
- 4 to 5 lb. pork butt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Large Granny Smith apples
- 1 head purple cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 3 Bottles of 2BQ’D BBQ Sauce
Season the pork and place in crock pot, top with onion slices and 1 sliced apple (core removed), let cook for 10 hours. Drain the fat and shred the pork along with the apples and onions and add back to the pot with the two bottles of 2BQ’D BBQ Sauce, heat until ready to serve.
For the slaw, shred the cabbage and julienne the rest of the ingredients, toss, add mayonnaise to taste.
Place meat on a bun, top with some 2BQ’D BBQ Sauce and slaw. Serves 8 to 12. WOWZA!
